2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sour cream (or use plain yogurt or buttermilk)

1-2 teaspoons lemon juice

1/2-1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard (optional)

Salt to taste

freshly ground pepper to taste

1 can (6-oz.) tuna (preferably packed in water), drained and flaked

Directions:
