Ingredients

4-1/2 cups smoked chicken, diced

2-1/4 cups sweet onions, diced

2-1/4 cups dried tart cherries, diced

2 cups mayonnaise

1-1/2 cups celery, diced

1-1/2 cups toasted pecan pieces

1/2 cup fresh basil, minced

3 tablespoons fresh orange juice

1 teaspoon orange zest

3/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

In large bowl, combine chicken, onions, cherries, mayonnaise, celery, pecans, basil, juice, orange zest, salt and pepper; stir gently until well combined. Refrigerate to blend flavors.
