Red Cabbage Apple Slaw

Yield: 2 servings

1 cup tart apple, cubed and peeled

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1-3/4 cups red cabbage, shredded

2 Tablespoons mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons plain yogurt

In a bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Serve at once.
