Bitter Chocolate Butter Frosting

Yield:
Will frost an 8 or 9-inch cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup butter
  2. 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons light cream
  4. 4 squares Hershey's Baking Chocolate, melted
Directions:

Cream butter and sugar together; add cream and beat well. Gradually add melted baking chocolate, and beat throroughly to reach spreading consistency. ( Additional cream may be needed. )
