Blueberry Smoothie

Yield:
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup 1% milk
  2. 2 cups fresh blueberries
  3. 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  4. 2 drops lemon extract
  5. 1 cup low fat vanilla ice cream
Directions:

Pour milk, blueberries and sugar into blender carafe; cover and process on Liquify until smooth.

Stop blender, add ice cream, cover and process on Stir until blended.

Serve immediately.
