Hearts of Artichoke Dip

This is a great appetizer.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts - drained, finely chopped
  2. 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  3. 1 cup mayonnaise
  4. 1 can chopped green chile peppers
  5. 4 cloves garlic - crushed
  6. crackers or bread
Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Spoon into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 F. Serve on crackers or bread.
