Baked Fish Continental

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
  2. 2 tablespoons water
  3. 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves, crushed
  4. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  5. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. 2 tablespoons salad oil
  7. 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  8. 1 lb. cod fillets
  9. 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine minced onion and water; let stand for 10 minutes to soften. Stir in basil, paprika, garlic powder, oil and lemon juice. Place fish fillets in a greased 10- x 6- x 2-inch baking pan. Pour herb mixture over top. Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley flakes just before serving.
