Confetti Green Beans

Yield:
Makes 4 1-cup servings.

Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cup Land O Lakes Unsalted Butter
  2. 1 pkg. (10-oz.) frozen cut green beans, thawed, drained
  3. 1 can (8-oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
  4. 1/2 cup pitted, sliced (1/4-inch) ripe olives
  5. 1 teaspoon basil leaves
  6. 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
  7. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 1 medium tomato, cut into 16 wedges
Directions:

In heavy 2-quart saucepan melt butter over medium heat (4 to 5 minutes). Add remaining ingredients except tomato. Cover; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisply tender (8 to 10 minutes). Add tomato wedges. Cover; let stand 1 minute or until tomatoes are heated through.
