Yield:
4 to 6 servings
Saute broccolini in oil until tender crisp; remove.
Stir in carrots and saute until tender crisp. Stir in mushrooms and saute lightly. Return broccolini to skillet and stir in lemon.
Combine butter and sugar; add to vegetables. Stir until vegetables are glazed and serve immediately.
