Zucchini Bread with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients:

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 2/3 cup brown sugar
  4. 3/4 cup oil
  5. 2 cups grated zucchini
  6. 2 teaspoon vanilla
  7. 2 1/2 cups flour
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  9. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  10. 1 teaspoon salt
  11. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  12. 1/2 cup Sun-Maid Raisins
  13. 1/2 cup Nestle Toll House semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels
  14. 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:

In a bowl, with an electric mixer at medium speed, beat eggs; add sugar, brown sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.

Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; mix well. Add to the creamed mixture.

Stir in raisins, chocolate chips and chopped nuts.

Pour batter into two 5x9x3-inch greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 F. for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
