Yield:
Makes 12 muffins
Preheat oven to 425 F. Line muffin tins with paper baking cups. Cream oil and sugar. Add egg. Stir in milk, then bran cereal. Stir together flour and baking powder. Mix dry ingredients into liquid ingredients, just until moist. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes.
