Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Yield:
Serves 16 - 20

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  2. 1 pkg. (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
  3. 4 eggs, beaten
  4. 8 ounces sour cream
  5. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  6. Topping:
  7. 2-3 tablespoons flour
  8. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  9. 1/2 cup sugar
  10. 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream and oil in a mixing bowl. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed scraping bowl to moisten all ingredients. Mix topping ingredients together.

Pour 1/2 batter into greased10-inch tube pan and sprinkle with 1/2 of the topping. Add remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining topping. Cut through batter with knife to marbleize.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
