Firesmith Grilled Chicken Avocado Flatbread

Serve up this sizzling flatbread at your next summer gathering. With savory FireSmith Flame Grilled Chicken Breast, melty Mozzarella Cheese, and fresh avocado, it is sure to delight your guests with every slice.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 flatbread crusts
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 4 ounces Boars Head Whole Milk Mozzarella, shredded
  4. 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
  5. 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  6. 1 pound Boars Head FireSmith Flame Grilled Chicken Breast, dinner cut and cubed
  7. 2 avocados, cored and diced
  8. 1 tablespoon Ranch dressing, for drizzling
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Lay flatbread crusts onto a greased baking sheet.

Brush each with olive oil, then top with evenly-distributed Mozzarella cheese, onion, tomato and chicken.

Bake flatbread for about 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted, toppings are heated through and flatbread is golden brown.

Remove flatbread from the oven and top with avocado. Drizzle with ranch.
