No Yolks Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 pkg. NO YOLKS Cholesterol Free Egg Noodles, medium
  2. 1 cup sliced celery
  3. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  4. 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  5. 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  6. 1 1/4 cups sweet pickles, sliced into rounds
  7. 1 lb. medium-sized cooked shrimp
  8. Dressing
  9. 1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise
  10. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  11. 1 teaspoon celery seed
  12. 3 tablespoons fat free French dressing
  13. 1 teaspoon grated onion
  14. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:

Cook NO YOLKS according to package directions, drain, rinse with cool water and drain well.

Combine NO YOLKS, celery, parsley, tomatoes, cauliflower, pickles and shrimp. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery seed, French dressing, onion and pepper together. Add to NO YOLKS mixture and toss lightly to coat. Serve chilled.
