20-Minute Turkey and Noodles

5 minutes; Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth (1-3/4 cups)
  2. 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
  3. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  4. 2 cups frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  5. 2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
  6. 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
Directions:

In skillet mix broth, basil, pepper and vegetables. Bring to a boil.

Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.

Stir in noodles, cover and cook 5 more minutes.

Add turkey and heat through stirring often.
