Havarti Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

  1. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  2. 2 oz. shredded Havarti cheese
  3. 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  4. 1 tablespoon milk
  5. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  6. 2 finely chopped green onions
  7. 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions:

Beat all ingredients except nuts in medium bowl with electric mixer until blended and fluffy.

Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm enough to shape. Shape mixture into a ball; roll in nuts. Chill until serving time. Serve with crackers.
