Kellogg's Corn Crisped Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 3 lbs. frying chicken
  2. 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  3. 1 cup Kellogg's Corn Flake crumbs
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  6. 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine, if desired
Directions:

Wash chicken and pat dry. Dip chicken in evaporated milk. Coat evenly in mixture of crumbs, salt and pepper. Place in single layer, skin side up, in well-greased or foil-lined shallow baking pan. Drizzle with butter if desired.

Bake in 350 F. oven about 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.
