Chicken and Rice Dinner

A 15 minute recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  2. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  3. 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup
  4. 1 1/2 cups water
  5. 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  7. 2 cups uncooked Minute Rice (white rice)
  8. 2 cups frozen broccoli flowerets
Directions:

Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken; cook until browned. Remove chicken and set aside. Add soup, water, paprika and pepper; stir and heat to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken with additional paprika and pepper; cover and cook on low heat 5 minutes or until heated through.
