Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups flour, divided
  2. 3 cups finely chopped apples
  3. 1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
  4. 3/4 cup egg substitute or 3 eggs
  5. 2 cups sugar
  6. 1 cup vegetable oil
  7. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  8. 2 teaspoons vanilla
  9. 1 teaspoon ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda
  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:

Toss 1/4 cup flour with apples and nuts; set aside. Beat eggs thoroughly in large bowl; blend in sugar. Alternately add remaining flour and oil. Stir in cinnamon, vanilla, baking soda and salt; mix well. Fold in apple mixture. Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour.
