Chocolate Sauce

Pair with caramel sauce over ice cream.

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup sugar
  2. 1/3 cup cocoa
  3. 1/3 cup corn syrup
  4. 1/3 cup water
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:

Combine sugar, cocoa, corn syrup and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve warm or chilled. Stores well in refrigerator.
