Hot White Chocolate Brandy

Yield:
Makes 4 1 cup servings

Creamy and white with an added kick to make you warm all over!

Ingredients:

  1. 3 1/2 cups milk
  2. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  3. 1 package (6 oz) white chocolate baking squares, chopped
  4. 1/3 cup brandy
  5. 3 Tablespoons white creme de cacao
  6. Garnish:
  7. Whipped topping
  8. Grated white chocolate
Directions:

Heat milk and vanilla in a heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring often; do not boil. Remove from heat.

Place white chocolate in a medium bowl. Gradually whisk about 1/4 of hot mixture into chocolate, whisking until chocolate melts; add mixture to remaining hot milk, whisking constantly.

Stir in brandy and creme de cacao.

Garnish if desired with whipped topping and grated white chocolate.
