Brownie Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  1. 18 Reynolds Foil Bake Cups
  2. 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  3. 1/4 cup cream cheese
  4. 2 tablespoons sugar
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 pkg. (18 oz.) fudge brownie mix
  7. 1/2 cup M&M peanut butter candies
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place baking cups in muffin pans; set aside.

Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and the egg in a bowl with an electric mixer. Set aside.

Prepare brownie mix following package directions. Set aside.

Place 1 heaping teaspoon of peanut butter mixture in center of each baking cup. Fill the baking cups half full with brownie mixture. Sprinkle each with peanut butter M&M's.

Bake 25 minutes and cool before serving.
