Yield:

Combine salt, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon; rub into roast. Place roast, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 2 - 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Cover and let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
