Classic White Bread

Yield:
1 1/2 lb. loaf

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup + 2 tablespoons water
  2. 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  3. 3 cups Gold Medal Bread Flour
  4. 3 tablespoons dry milk
  5. 2 tablespoons sugar
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  7. 2 teaspoons Fleischmann's bread machine yeast
Directions:

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
