Banana Cream Dessert

Yield:
4-6 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup whipping cream
  2. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  3. 1 cup crushed peanut brittle, divided
  4. 2 medium bananas, sliced
  5. 4-6 maraschino cherries
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream until soft peaks form. Add vanilla and continue beating just until stiff peaks form. Fold in 3/4 cup crushed peanut brittle and the bananas. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill for at least an hour. Sprinkle with remaining peanut brittle and top each with a cherry.
