Creamy Tarragon Chicken for Two

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup sour cream
  2. 1/4 cup dry white wine
  3. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  4. 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
  5. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  6. salt
  7. pepper
Directions:

Blend the sour cream, wine, mustard and tarragon. Salt and pepper chicken breasts to taste and place them in baking dish. Top with the creamy mixture and bake in 350 F. for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is golden brown. Serve with remaining sauce from the baking dish.
