Beef Taco Skillet

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 1 can (10. 75 oz) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  3. 1 cup salsa or picante sauce
  4. 1/2 cup water
  5. 8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
  6. 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheese, divided
Directions:

Toast tortillas until lightly browned. Cut into 1- inch pieces.

In a large skillet, cook beef until no longer pink; drain.

Add soup, salsa, water, tortillas and 1/2 cup of cheese. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining cheese.
