Creamy Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients:

  1. 4 boneless pork chops
  2. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  3. 1 can (10.75) Campbell's condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
  4. 1/2 cup cold milk
  5. 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
  6. Paprika
  7. 2 cups long grain rice, cooked
Directions:

In large skillet, cook pork chops in oil until golden brown. Add soup, milk and envelope of dressing mix. Bring to a boil, cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve over rice.
