Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 1 3/4 cups chicken stock or 1 can (14.5 oz.) chicken broth
  2. 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  3. 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
  4. 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
  5. 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  6. 4 bone in chicken breast halves, skin removed (about 2 lbs.)
Directions:

In a bowl stir the stock, lemon juice, basil, thyme and pepper.

Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the for chicken 35 minutes or until cooked through, turning the chicken over halfway through cooking and brushing often with stock mixture. Discard remaining stock mixture.
