Garlic Carrots

Yield:

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound fresh baby carrots
  2. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  3. 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  4. 1/4 cup water
  5. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:

In a large skillet, saute carrots for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in garlic and saute for 1 minute.

Add water, thyme, pepper and salt; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until carrots are tender.
