Berry Banana Bran Smoothie

For greater enjoyment, serve in chilled glasses!

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries, hulled
  2. 2 bananas, sliced
  3. 1 container (8 ounces) lowfat vanilla yogurt
  4. 1/2 cup skim milk
  5. 1/4 cup oat bran
  6. 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  7. 1 Tablespoon honey
Directions:

Combine strawberries, bananas, yogurt, milk, oat bran, lemon juice and honey in blender; cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
