Pizza Pasta Salad

Yield:
Makes 3-4 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pkg. (9 oz.) 3-cheese tortellini
  2. 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  3. 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  4. 1/2 cup Italian dressing, any variety
  5. 1/2 pkg. (3 oz.) pepperoni slices (about 23 slices)
Directions:

Prepare pasta as directed on package. Rinse wwith cold water; drain. Toss pasta and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
