Green Tea Ice Cream

Yield:
Serves 4

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  2. 1/2 ounce powdered green tea (available at health food stores)
Directions:

Soften the ice cream and add the powder in small amounts, until the ice cream has the strength and flavor you desire. Then refreeze the ice cream until it is ready to be served.
