Grilled Bratwurst Reubens

Ingredients:

  1. 8 cooked bratwurst
  2. 1 package (16 ounces) sauerkraut, drained
  3. 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  4. 8 bratwurst buns or sub rolls, split and grilled or toasted
Directions:

Place bratwurst on medium heated grill and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning frequently.

Meanwhile, combine sauerkraut and salad dressing in a medium bowl.

Place buns, cut side down on grill during last 30 to 60 seconds of cooking time. Place brats in buns and top each with about 1/4 cup sauerkraut mixture.
