In a bowl, combine the crushed crackers, butter and sugar. Stir in the nuts. Set aside 1/4 cup for topping and press the remaining mixture onto the bottom of eight dessert dishes.
In a separate bowl, combine the condensed milk and lemonade concentrate; fold into the whipped topping.
Spoon into prepared dishes. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate before serving.
