Jell-O Fruit Holiday Mold

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 cups boiling water
  2. 1 (8 serving size) Jell-O Strawberry flavored gelatin mix
  3. 1 cup cold orange juice
  4. 1 can (8 oz.) chunk pineapple, drained
  5. 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
Directions:

Dissolve gelatin in water completely; about 3 minutes. Stir in cold juice. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened slightly.

Stir in fruit. Spoon into mold or bowl sprayed with cooking spray.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
