Crock Pot Ribs

Yield:
6-8 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 5 lbs. boneless pork spareribs, cut into pieces
  2. 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  3. 1 cup ketchup
  4. 1/2 cup water
  5. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  6. 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  7. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  8. 2 teaspoons ground mustard
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  10. 1 teaspoon paprika
Directions:

Place half of the ribs in a slow cooker; top with half of the onion. Repeat layers.

Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over all.

Cover and cook on low heat for 8-9 hours or until ribs are tender.
