Jalapeno Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

  1. 10 medium fresh jalapeno peppers, halved; seeds, stem and center membrane removed
  2. 4 ounces cream cheese spread
  3. 10 strips bacon, cut in half
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Stuff each jalapeno half with about 2 tsp cream cheese.

Wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on a broiler rack that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Remove toothpicks. Serve immediately.
