Sunday Brunch Canadian Bacon and Eggs

Ingredients:

  1. 12 slices Canadian bacon
  2. 12 slices Swiss cheese
  3. 12 eggs
  4. 1 cup whipping cream
  5. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  6. 12 slices toasted bread
Directions:

Place Canadian bacon in a greased 13 x 9x 2- inch baking dish; top with Swiss cheese. Carefully break an egg over each piece of cheese. Pour cream over eggs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 min. or until eggs are cooked to your liking. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut between each egg and serve on top of toast.
