Sweet and Sour Radishes

Yield:

Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cup vinegar
  2. 3 Tablespoons water
  3. 4 teaspoons granulated sugar
  4. 1 Tablespoon snipped fresh dill
  5. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 small fresh red chili pepper, seeded and sliced, optional
  8. 2 cups small whole radishes or large radishes cut in half
Directions:

Combine vinegar, water, sugar, dill, garlic, salt, and chili pepper (optional) in a sealable gallon size plastic bag.

Add radishes, seal bag and ensure that all radishes have been covered with vinegar marinade.

Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours before serving, turning bag occasionally.
