Fresh Fruit Dip

Yield:
2 cups

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cartons (8 oz.) lemon yogurt
  2. 1/4 cup blanched almonds, chopped and toasted
  3. 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  4. 2 Tablespoons orange juice
  5. apples, sliced
  6. cantaloupe, cubed
  7. strawberries
Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit.
