Chocolate Caramel Fondue

Yield:
Serves 4-6; Makes 2 cups sauce

Rich and creamy

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  2. 2/3 cup evaporated milk (not condensed)
  3. 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Directions:

Place chocolate chips, evaporated milk and caramel sauce in fondue pot. Heat gently over moderate heat, stirring frequently.

Heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth and creamy.

Transfer fondue pot to lit burner. Stir fondue occasionally to keep middle from burning.

Variations: Add 2-3 tablespoons Grand Marnier or strong brewed coffee

Serve with strawberries, apple wedges, Mandarin orange segments, marshmallows or assorted cookies.
