Ranch Floret Salad

Yield:
8 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 6 strips bacon, diced
  2. 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  3. 1 bunch medium broccoli, cut into small florets
  4. 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
  5. 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  6. 3/4 cup sour cream
Directions:

In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain.

In a large bowl, combine cauliflower and broccoli.

In a small bowl, combine salad dressing mix, mayonnaise and sour cream. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Stir in bacon.
