Honey Garlic Grilled Chops

5 minutes; Cooking Time: 15 minutes

These simple pork chops taste as good as they look! They cook quickly on the grill or in equal time under the broiler.

Ingredients:

  1. 4 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick
  2. 1/4 cup lemon juice
  3. 1/4 cup honey
  4. 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  5. 1 Tablespoon dry sherry
  6. 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:

Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops in self sealing plastic bag, seal. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.

Remove chops from marinade (discarding marinade) and grill chops over medium-hot coals for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.

Serve with a carrot-lime salad, steamed green beans, a buttered French loaf on the grill and a chilled dry Riesling wine.
