Mexican Pork Steaks

Ingredients:

  1. 4 pork blade steaks, 1/2-inch thick
  2. 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  3. 1 cup chunky salsa
  4. 1/3 cup water
  5. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  6. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  7. Salt, to taste
Directions:

Heat oil in nonstick skillet; brown pork steaks on both sides.

Combine salsa, water, lemon juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
