Quick and Spicy Pork Chili

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb. ground pork
  2. 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
  3. 1 clove garlic, minced
  4. 1 can (14-1/2-oz.) diced tomatoes, Mexican-flavored
  5. 1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, drained
  6. 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  7. 1 can (8 oz.) kernel corn, drained
  8. 2 tablespoons chili powder
  9. 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  10. 1 teaspoon salt
  11. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:

In large saucepan, cook and stir pork with onion and garlic until pork is cooked, about 6 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, until flavors are blended and chili is hot. Serve with shredded Cheddar cheese and warmed flour tortillas, if desired.
