Zesty Ham Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  2. 1 tablespoon milk
  3. 2 1/4 teaspoons prepared mustard
  4. 1 1/4 teaspoons chopped chives
  5. 3/4 lb. fully cooked ham, cut into julienne strips
  6. 1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
  7. 2 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
  8. 1 1/2 cups leaf lettuce, torn
  9. 1/3 cup thinly sliced red pepper
Directions:

For the dressing, in a small bowl combine mayonnaise, milk, mustard and chopped chives. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

In a large bowl combine ham, peas, orange sections, lettuce and red pepper. To serve, spoon the dressing over salad; toss lightly.
