Hungarian Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 package (10 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables
  2. 1 cup fresh cauliflowerets
  3. 1/3 cup sliced stuffed olives
  4. 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  5. 1/4 cup canola oil
  6. 3 Tablespoons vinegar
  7. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:

In a bowl, combine frozen vegetables, cauliflower, stuffed olives and green onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over vegetable mixture and toss to coat.

Serve with a slotted spoon.
