No-Bake Pumpkin Cream Pie

A magical twist on traditional pumpkin pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups Domino Confectioners Sugar
  2. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  3. 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, softened
  4. 1 tablespoon vanilla
  5. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  6. 1 can (15 oz.) solid pack pumpkin
  7. 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  8. 1 cup heavy cream, whipped (optional)
Directions:

BEAT: sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice with electric mixer 1 to 2 minutes until fluffy.

ADD: pumpkin until blended. Spoon into pie crust.

CHILL: 6 hours or overnight. SERVE: with whipped cream as desired.

Tip: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon ginger and 1/8 teaspoon cloves can be substituted for pumpkin pie spice.
