Yield:
6-8 servings
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the fillets and bake in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish for 3 to 5 minutes.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in the mayonnaise, parsley, garlic powder, pepper and lemon juice and spread mixture over the top of the fillets.
Bake for another 8 to 10 minutes or just until fish begins to flake easily.
